Jo Wicks set up Elite tracks UK Ltd in 2018 after helping successfully set up and launch Sandbanks style paddleboard company over 6 years earlier.
The technology in both products is fairly similar and she saw inflatable AirTrack’s start to take off in the Uk and wanted to use the opportunity to branch out on her own.
She already had contacts in manufacturing and so managed to source a factory that would supply higher quality tracks than some that are coming into the UK whilst making them affordable for the average family.
Her aim for the business is to supply a first class service as well as product. Her background in sales and marketing has helped her take the business forward and Jo is hoping to be one of the leading names in inflatable Home and Gym equipment.

Hi I’m Jo. Mum to three amazing Children. Whilst all 3 of my children are sporty, my middle child Freya is an Elite Gymnast which means I have been immersed in the world of Gymnastics for some years,
I work full time as a medical representative and live on the South Coast. As a family we lead a busy life of competitions, training and sports camps. Setting up my own business has been an ambition for a long time. Finally the idea, opportunity and market arrived and I set up Elite Tracks in august 2018 with the help of my business partner Andy.

What pressure should I use?
This depends on the product, sports type, skill level and weight of the users. Always use enough pressure not to bottom out and refill before every new training session. Check our user manual for recommended pressure levels.

Is there a chance of damaging an AirTrack by over pressurising it?
No, the  pressure needed to  damage an Airtrack cannot be reached with the standard blowers we supply.

What is the lifespan of your products?

Obviously this will depend on how, and in what frequency the products are used. A lifespan of more than 5 years if the track is looked after and stored correctly

What guarantees do you give on your products?

We give 1 years manufacturing guarantee on our products.

What is the difference between these AirTracks and others on the market?

1)The Air tracks from Elite Tracks Uk Ltd are manufactured to be airtight. So once blown up should only need a top up every now and again depending on temperature, use, storage etc.  A small hand- blower is enough to inflate all of our products and Air tracks within 4 minutes. we use 0High grade extra 0.9mm matt PVC finish and the seems are hand finished. our products are tested extensively in the factory before being packaged.

2) Our tracks are made with a minimum 15cm thickness unlike the 10cm tracks on the market these will be suitable for all ages and sizes of users without any impact to the ground! reducing impact on growing joints

How much do your mats weigh?

Each size track obviously weighs differently. the biggest tracks we sell at 6m x 2m x 15cm are 20kg. The 3m tracks are 12kg

How are the tracks made?

We use a material called Double Wall Fabric (DWF) consisting of 2 layers of coated vinyl with thousands of threads connecting the two layers (1000 per M2).

What does your 1 year warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, non-usage damage to all parts, including seams and surface and valves we will repair or replace your item if it is a manufacturing fault.


We aim to ship your order the next working day. We generally use DPD and parcel force and will supply you with a tracking number. Delivery will then be 1-2 working days after this as a rule but this is not guaranteed. If you require your order urgently we will do everything we can to get it to you for your requested date though there may be an extra charge for this. Please get in touch if you need a special delivery service.

Return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original bag, and box if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We will aim to dispatch a replacement product within 7 working days after receipt of returned goods, or issues a refund once we have inspected the product.

Unwanted Returns

  • If you Change your mind about Your purchase before dispatch we will give you a refund of the cost of the goods minus a reasonable admin fee. aprox 10% of the value of the item. you must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel at
  • If the item has been dispatched when you change your mind we will happily accept the return if the box is retuned unopened within 14 days of receipt. You must Notify us in writing your wish to return the item at
  • You will be responsible for the cost of the return. We will also add the following Charges
  1. If club/school logo has been printed 50% of the value of the track will be charged.
  2. If the Item has been sourced for you from over seas and is able to be returned by us then, return Shipping costs and all associated charges including imoprt and export charges shipping port handling and any other associated fees incured will be taken from your refund. Refund will be issues once the item as reached its original location. We reserve the right to hold 20% of the value back for any other charges that may occur and will forward the outstanding money to you within 30days
  3. All goods retuned due to change of mind will incure a 20% admin fee.

Damaged or faulty Items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you don’t think you have received a refund owed. Please check with the payment provider that the transaction isn’t pending.
