When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and a contract between us will commence when we have sent you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Return policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original bag, and box if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
* Bespoke Ordered Items *see Unwanted returns below
We will aim to dispatch a replacement product within 7 working days after receipt of returned goods, or issues a refund once we have inspected the product.

Unwanted Returns
- If you Change your mind about Your purchase before dispatch we will give you a refund of the cost of the goods minus a reasonable admin fee. aprox 10% of the value of the item. you must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel at info@elitetracks.co.uk
- If the item has been dispatched when you change your mind we will happily accept the return if the item is in its original box is retuned unused within 30 days of receipt. You must Notify us in writing your wish to return the item at info@elitetracks.co.uk
- You will be responsible for the cost of the return. We will also add the following Charges
Bespoke Items
- If club/school logo has been printed 100% of the value of the track will be charged as we will be unable to resell and will have to dispose of the item
- All goods returned will incur a 20% admin fee.
Damaged or faulty Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you don’t think you have received a refund owed. Please check with the payment provider that the transaction isn’t pending.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elitetracks.co.uk for information on where to send your item.
