Purchases

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the Basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard PayPal.  You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and a contract between us will commence when we have sent you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 

Shipping costs

Postages just £8.99 for most mainland postcodes including NI.  All BT postcodes and offshore islands including the Isle of Wight please call for quote.
 

Delivery

We Aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days. Delivery will be via Tracked courier

Privacy Policy

Elite Tracks UK Ltd  do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock or its a bespoke order, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed on our website it is made via strip a world wide credit card processor. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction.
Please note that all of our products are based on a back to base guarantee which means you will need to pay for and send any items back to us to either repair or replace if its within the guarantee time scale. All products unless otherwise stated on their product page, come with a 1 year warranty.

Elite Tracks UK Ltd does not accept any responsibility or liability for any accidents and/or injuries while using any item/items purchased from us. Please follow instructions for use.

Return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original bag, and box if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

* Bespoke Ordered Items *see Unwanted returns below

We will aim to dispatch a replacement product within 7 working days after receipt of returned goods, or issues a refund once we have inspected the product.

Unwanted Returns

  • If you Change your mind about Your purchase before dispatch we will give you a refund of the cost of the goods minus a reasonable admin fee. aprox 10% of the value of the item. you must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel at info@elitetracks.co.uk
  • If the item has been dispatched when you change your mind we will happily accept the return if the item is in its original box is retuned unused within 30 days of receipt. You must Notify us in writing your wish to return the item at info@elitetracks.co.uk
  • You will be responsible for the cost of the return. We will also add the following Charges
  1. If club/school logo has been printed 50% of the value of the track will be charged.
  2. If the Item has been sourced for you from over seas and is able to be returned by us then, return Shipping costs and all associated charges including import and export charges shipping port handling and any other associated fees incurred will be taken from your refund. Refund will be issues once the item as reached its original location. We reserve the right to hold 20% of the value back for any other charges that may occur and will forward the outstanding money to you within 30days
  3. All goods retuned will incur a 20% admin fee.

Damaged or faulty Items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you don’t think you have received a refund owed. Please check with the payment provider that the transaction isn’t pending.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elitetracks.co.uk for information on where to send your item.
